10:17Joint resolution authorizing a contract with Lake County Grading Company, LLC, Libertyville, Illinois, in the amount of $6,805,318.18 for the resurfacing, restoration, and rehabilitation (3R) improvement of Deep Lake Road, from Illinois Route 132 to Illinois Route 173, which will be improved under the Illinois Highway Code for a total of 3.5 miles.
