Resolution approving the sale of two County-owned properties located at 29278 Route 83 (PIN 10-14-300-010) and 21010 W IL Route 60 (PIN 10-15-400-003), Mundelein for $135,000, Illinois, consisting of approximately 5.6 acres, formerly used as the old Animal Care and Control facility for the Lake County Health Department, and declaring the parcel as excess property.
