Joint committee action approving Change Order Number One for the Rollins Road Force Main Replacement Project with Berger Contractors, Inc. resulting in a net cost increase from $2,333,426.30 to $2,708,831.30.

Joint resolution appropriating $1,785,000 of Motor Fuel Tax funds for the maintenance and electrical service of traffic control signals, streetlights, and Lake County PASSAGE field elements, under the applicable Illinois Highway Code, from December 1, 2026, to November 30, 2027, and authorizing the one-year renewal clause with Meade, Inc., Willowbrook, Illinois, in the amount of $1,487,143.71.

Resolution authorizing a memorandum of understanding with Kenosha County, Wisconsin, the Wisconsin Department of Transportation and the Illinois Department of Transportation related to the ownership, maintenance, and inspection responsibilities of the State Line Road/Kenosha County Highway WG bridge over the Dutch Gap Canal.

Joint resolution authorizing a technical services agreement with the Northern Illinois Transit Authority (NITA), formerly the Regional Transportation Authority, for the receipt of federal Section 5310 funds.
