CONSENT AGENDA (Items 8.1 - 8.2) 8.1 24-0660 Committee Action approving the Health and Community Services Committee minutes for April 30, 2024. 8.2 24-0669 Joint resolution accepting the Illinois Department of Public Health (IDPH) grant and authorizing an emergency appropriation in the amount of $10,000 for the Local Health Protection grant.
